Weight Loss

I came across Btea detox teas (they are also referred to as teatox) on one of the diet websites. I needed to lose some extra weight I'd gained over the last few years, and wanted something for a kick-start. I chose a 14-day course to see how it would work for me. I preordered the course, which included 14 daytime detox teabags to be used every day and 7 Bedtime Cleanse teabags to have every other night. The ingredients were as follows: Chinese Oolong tea, Mate leaves, Ginger root, Fennel seeds, Lemongrass, Dandelion leaf, Ginseng root, Gotu Kola leaves, and Nettle leaves in Daytime Detox tea, and Senna leaves, Peppermint leaves, Fenugreek seeds, Liquorice root, Burdock root, Hawthorn leaves, Valerian root, and Psyllium seeds in Bedtime Cleanse tea. Both teas tasted quite fine, very similar to herbal green teas. According to the recommendations of btea, you can add honey or lemon juice to their teas to make them testier, but I'm not a fan of those flavors, so I didn't do that. As for the effect the teas had on me, I must admit that Bedtime Cleanse tea was definitely cleansing! I had to use the toilet three times in the early morning after the nights when I drank that cleansing tea (I think this is because of Senna leaves). My complexion looks fresh now due to detox, my skin is clear, and I feel very well. However, I have lost only 4 kilos within those 14 days. This is a bit less than I expected. So, I must admit that the teas are good, but they're more for detox than for the actual weight loss. I did follow their recommendations regarding the diet, and exercised as usual (I attend the gym twice a week).

I have always been somewhat chubby and plump, so I wanted to lose some weight. I know that there are many diet pills out there, but I am a fan of all things natural, so I avoid different suspicious medications like a plague, and take medicine only when I have some serious health problems. When I heard about Btea detox teas, I wanted to try those, because they had natural ingredients and couldn't cause any bad side effects. The teas are great! They have a strong cleansing effect, and I have lost 7 kilos within two weeks due to them! I did follow their diet recommendations very strictly though. I avoided meat altogether during those two weeks, drank 3 liters of water a day (yes, the water is very important to keep your body hydrated during the detox period), and ate no wheat bread, cookies or pasta. This was quite difficult for me, but my desire to get slimmer appeared to be stronger than even my cravings. I would recommend Btea to everyone; I'm going to have another course soon, because I want to lose a bit more weight.

I think this suits me perfectly. I wanted to lose just a few inches around my waist, and I've got what I wanted after my two weeks on Btea teatox. Plus, I'm detoxed and feel excellent. This is a good quality healthy product I think. Maybe, this will not be the best choice for people who need to lose a lot of weight, but is perfect for those who want to drop just a few pounds. Also, it can be a kick-starter on the way to a more serious weight loss.

I've tried this but I haven't lost a pound. Yes, it is good as a detox product, but the company's claims concerning their product being helpful in weight loss are exaggerated. Why would the company label their tea as a weight loss product when it isn't? I followed the recommendations on the packet, exercised even more than I had done before, but still had no result with this tea. Also, the taste of Bedtime Cleanse tea is simply disgusting! Luckily, this one is meant to be drank only every other day. Well, I would gladly stomach it if it really caused weight loss, but it didn't.

Btea teas are useless. There are instructions on what to eat, the food limitations are significant, and you can starve yourself when sticking to these tips! Yet the cravings are enormous, the tea doesn't suppress the appetite at all, this makes me crazy! All I can think about now is food. However, I don't see any progress in my getting slimmer at all. I just spend four hours in the bathroom every day after I drink that night tea, but nothing other than that. I wanted to return this crap to the company that produces it, and get my money back, bet there is no money-back guarantee on their website. No self-respecting company would do this. There's always a money back guarantee for quality products because the manufacturer knows that very few people will use it anyway, as the products are good. However, this is not the case with Btea. They do realize that their detox teas are awful, and don't want to pay their numerous disappointed customers. They just keep selling this.

I was stupid enough to get it from Amazon, and then I found out that this product is about three times as expensive on Amazon, as it is on the official website. Are they crazy there on Amazon, why put such a huge price? The teas are quite mediocre, to be honest, too. They do cleanse your body, but they aren't helpful at all when it comes to weight loss. So, if you want to lose a lot of weight, stay away from this, you will need to drink these teas along with taking some pills or something similar, the teas themselves won't make your body lose calories. I have completed the 14-day detox course, with no results. I weigh just as much as I did before I started drinking the teas. And make sure you compare the prices in different places before preordering this product, if you really want to get it, the prices can vary greatly, don't be such fools as I was.
